To ensure accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all residents, everyone, even if you do not have a pet or animal, is required to complete a third-party screening and review process prior to the execution of any residential lease. 1) Non-aggressive breeds 2) Maximum of (2) pets 3) Pets must be confined to the pet owner's unit and must not be allowed to roam free or be tethered. Pets must not be left unattended on patios or balconies. Pets in transit are to be carried, restrained by a leash, or placed in an animal carrier. 4) Should an unauthorized animal be found in your unit at any time the appropriate pet fee will immediately be charged to your account with an additional $500 fee for non-compliance. Managemeant reserves the right of refusal of any animal. Contact the management team for a list of unauthorized breeds.
Smoking must be at least 15 feet from the buildings in the apartment community
