Pet Policy

  • Max Number of Pets is 2.
  • One-Time Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $300 for First Pet and $500 for Two Pets.
  • Monthly Pet Rent is $20 Per Pet.

We LOVE pets! We do have the following breed restrictions: American Pit Bull Terrier, Pit Bull/Pit Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pincher, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, Neapolitan Mastiff, Wolf, Wolf Hybrid.
